Terms of Sale
The terms that apply when you buy coffee beans, matcha and accessories from the Brewprint Coffee online shop.
These terms apply to purchases from the online shop at brewprintsg.app, operated by Brewprint Coffee Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202526896W), Blk 285 Tampines Street 22, #07-199, Singapore 520285. Café drinks ordered through our separate drinks ordering page, and event bookings (see Event Booking Terms), are not covered by these terms.
1. Products and prices
- Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
- Brewprint is not currently GST-registered, so no GST is charged.
- We describe products as accurately as we can. Tasting notes and flavour scores are indicative; natural products vary between harvests and batches. Photos are for illustration.
- We may change prices, products or availability at any time. This doesn't affect orders we've already confirmed.
2. Orders and payment
- When you check out, you'll be taken to Stripe's secure checkout page to pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayNow. We never see your card details.
- Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation. Stripe will also email a payment receipt.
- If an item turns out to be unavailable after you've paid (for example, a stock error), we'll contact you and refund that item in full.
3. Pickup and delivery
Self-pickup and islandwide delivery options, fees and timings are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy and shown at checkout.
4. Returns and refunds
See Shipping & Returns. Because coffee and matcha are food products, we can't accept returns of opened items, except where they're faulty or not as described.
5. Allergens and food safety
Our coffee and matcha products are packed in an environment that handles milk and other ingredients. If you have an allergy, please contact us before ordering. Store products as recommended on the pack and use them within the stated time.

6. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
